RETREAT LOGISTICS: WHAT TO EXPECT
When: Friday, May 29th (beginning at 5:15pm EST) through Sunday, May 31st (closing morning ceremony).
Beginning with an Opening Ceremony on the new moon, your retreat hosts Natalie Thomas, Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor, and Jessica Carruth, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, will lead you through a weekend of self-examination and inner-reflection with the goal of letting go of unhealthy habits and thought patterns that no longer serve you. By integrating nutrition, physical movement, mindfulness, and meditation—you’ll leave the retreat feeling lighter, more energized, and ready to thrive (even during challenging times). This program is great for males, females, couples, or roomies, as we all take a momentary pause to reflect on what’s really important.

After the success of last year’s Wander Within retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Nat and Jess have decided to make this year’s retreat ‘virtual’! We’ve prepared a weekend full of mindfulness practices, healthy eating, and (a few) fun surprises! While everyone will have to wait to visit the elephant sanctuary and walk among the sunflower fields, we promise this event will bring peace and balance to your body, mind, and soul.
