YOGA + MEDITATION
As a yoga instructor, I teach a mix of vinyasa, hatha, & meditation. Each class is one hour long, and focuses on building strength + flexibility, while working on the breath + calming the mind.

Natalie is 200-hour yoga certified through Yoga Alliance and holds an additional 50 hours of Yoga Sculpt Certification through Core Power Yoga. Natalie started to learn both meditation + Life Path guidance in 2012, and holds a certificate for a 20-hour Life Coach course.
