What’s Included

Designed to help your team make lasting changes in their lives, the 6-Month Corporate Mindfulness Mentorship focuses on creating new habits geared for personal and professional excellence.

Meeting once a month, Natalie will guide your team through a themed workshop. Themes include Leadership & Resilience in the Workplace, Relaxation and Calming the Mind, Anxiety Relief & the Emotional Body, and more.

Each session will include a detailed presentation, breathwork exercise, guided meditation and homework. Spread out over six months, the mentorship ensures your employees have enough time to integrate each month’s teachings.


Monthly modules include:

An audio add-on can be purchased for $500.00 if you’d like to keep each meditation audio and distribute it to your team.

What’s Included:

Using a combination of yoga and meditation, Natalie offers mindfulness teachings that help employees feel grounded, energized, and focused. Unlike classes at a studio, employees can practice yoga, meditation, and mindfulness activities in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. 

Through the 30-minute sessions, people start to feel the true benefits of their practice, including increased well-being, happier relationships with colleagues, a sharper mindset, and enhanced performance under stressful circumstances. 

The Yoga and Meditation sessions are an additional add-on to the six month mindfulness membership.

*Please note: these are just add-ons and do not include a presentation like the additional offerings.

Give your employees a crash course in wellness with the Wellness Weeks. Over a week-long period, Natalie, together with leading health and wellness experts, will introduce your employees to several tools and techniques for maintaining work-life balance. 

The Wellness Weeks are designed to help individuals develop better stress management habits, break free from the cycle of being perpetually busy, and find better energy and balance. Over a week-long period, your employees will learn yoga and meditation techniques for calming their minds and moving their bodies, nutrition demonstrations for healthy eating choices, and more. 

The Wellness Weeks can be tailored to fit your employee’s needs, involving activities such as breath work, discussions on burn out, financial fitness, HIIT classes and more.

WORKING WITH NATALIE

Hi, I’m Natalie. I work with corporate companies who care for their employees’ well-being. I offer virtual wellness coaching, mindfulness training, yoga, and meditation that, over time, will decrease stress, increase productivity and lead to workplace excellence. 

My packages are tailored to each unique company and their team. All levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged, and pre-existing injuries are taken into account. With more than 66% of employees feeling burnt-out, and another 40% with increasing anxiety, my goal is to help bring balance into one’s mind, body, and soul.

Does it matter what timezone I’m in?

No, Natalie can accommodate your timezone

What level of Meditation are your sessions?

All meditation and mindfulness sessions are for beginner meditators and seasoned meditators.

What do I need for my yoga session?

Yoga mat, computer/smartphone with Zoom, water, and a light towel.

What do I need for my Mindfulness session?

Computer or smartphone.

I have never practiced yoga before, can I still participate?

Yes! Natalie offers light classes with different pose variations to fit all levels.

If I have an injury, can I still join?

Make sure to talk to Natalie prior to the class so she can make suggestions and recommendations.

Do you offer 1:1 sessions?

Do you offer long-term coaching?
